Each Crypto Pro listed on our platform has either agreed to all service standard commitments below or noted on their profile what is not agreed to on an "if not, why not" basis.

In addition to the ethical and professional obligations that professionals must already abide by, the Crypto Pro Service Standard Commitments are to:

  • acknowledge receipt requests within one Business Day;
  • respond to requests within two Business Days with a quote or if further information is required (such as information to ensure the lawyer is not conflicted and can act as your legal representative);
  • offer a fee estimate (not a range) based on the estimated hours to complete the work required, and where possible commit to a fixed fee;
  • explicitly state the fee amount plus applicable taxes or other charges (such as law firm administration charges);
  • list the matters excluded from the scope of legal services;
  • work on the matter diligently and expeditiously; and
  • correspond politely, professionally and succinctly.

Disclosure: Crypto Pros pay a standard annual fee to be listed on our platform. The standard annual fee covers the administration costs of the Crypto Pro Directory offering. Discounts to the standard annual fee may be granted where an individual or group of Crypto Pro(s) have proven experience advising on blockchain and crypto matters, and a trusted status with third parties.
